This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the laundry pick-up and delivery service provided by Wosh Laundry Operations. By using our services, you agree to comply with the policies stated herein. Please read this policy carefully before utilizing our service.

  1. Service Description

2.1. Wosh Laundry Operations offers a convenient laundry pick-up and delivery service to residential and commercial customers.

2.2. Our service includes the collection of dirty laundry from the customer's designated location, laundering, folding, and the return of clean and neatly packaged laundry to the customer.

2.3. The service is available for both one-time and recurring customers. Recurring customers can schedule pick-ups and deliveries on a regular basis as per their requirements.

  1. Scheduling and Booking

3.1. Customers can schedule a pick-up through our website, mobile application, or by contacting our customer service team.

3.2. Pick-up and delivery time slots are subject to availability and can be selected during the booking process. Every effort will be made to accommodate the customer's preferred time of 24 to 72 hours, but exact timings cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances.

3.3. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the pick-up and delivery location, contact details, special instructions, and any other relevant information.

  1. Laundry Preparation

4.1. Customers must ensure that all laundry items are properly sorted and placed in bags or containers provided by Wosh Laundry Operations.

4.2. Customers are responsible for clearly marking any special instructions or care requirements for individual items. Wosh Laundry Operations will make every reasonable effort to follow these instructions, but cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from failure to comply.

4.3. Customers are advised to remove any valuable or delicate items from the laundry before handing them over to Wosh Laundry Operations. Wosh Laundry Operations will not be responsible for the loss or damage of such items.

  1. Pricing and Payment

5.1. Pricing details for the laundry service are available on our website, mobile application, or can be obtained from our customer service team.

5.2. Payment for the service can be made online through our secure payment gateway at the time of booking or through alternative payment methods as specified by Wosh Laundry Operations.

5.3. Additional charges may apply for specialized services, rush orders, or any other services requested by the customer that fall outside the standard offering.

  1. Liability and Limitations

6.1. Wosh Laundry Operations will exercise reasonable care in handling and laundering the customer's laundry items. However, Wosh Laundry Operations cannot be held responsible for damages or loss resulting from normal wear and tear, improper care labels, or pre-existing damage.

6.2.  Wosh Laundry Operations reserves the right to refuse service for any items that may pose a risk to our equipment, staff, or other customer's laundry. Such items include but are not limited to heavily soiled or contaminated items, hazardous materials, or items prohibited by law.

6.3.  Wosh Laundry Operations shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the customer's laundry caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to fire, theft, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

7.1. Cancellations or changes to scheduled pick-ups must be made at least 2 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

7.2. Refunds for cancellations or unsatisfactory service will be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of Wosh Laundry Operations. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.

8.1. Wosh Laundry Operations is committed to providing excellent customer service. For inquiries, complaints, or feedback, customers can contact our customer service team through the channels specified on our website or mobile application.
